This has become one of my go-to recipes when I’m craving some comfort food. I always have a taste for lasagna but for some reason, I think of lasagna as an all-day affair. (Remind me to share with you my new lasagna recipe sometime.) I saw this recipe in a Food Network magazine a couple months ago and was ready to dig IN!

To make it a little easier, I use jarred spaghetti sauce instead of the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes (but still add all the extra seasonings). Sprinkle in a little cheese, and bam! It’s done and it’s delicious. Please try it. I’m telling you, it’ll become a new family favorite.
