…in advance of our life insurance physical this weekend. They’ll be checking our blood pressure and cholesterol and all that good stuff, so my husband suggested we both take it easy this week on “bad food.” Right when I start craving brownies, too. Hmph!
So he made our meal plan. It is the most boring meal plan I have ever seen! LOL. But hey, he cares about us so who am I to judge? We went out and bought all this fruit and extra veggies to snack on all week. I have never seen my husband eat so much healthy food. It’s kind of refreshing!

The title of this post definitely gave me pause until I read on! That shrimp looks great, though, & sometimes it’s so refreshing to eat healthy. If only I could get into doing it on a more regular basis…
