My husband is out of town a good chunk of the week (he’s in D.C. advocating for education – how cool is that?). I’m taking this as an opportunity to eat the stuff *I* want to eat. LOL.

Breakfast for dinner! Waffles (this is the world’s best recipe) and a green eggs-and-ham bake (I simply add spinach and the kids think it’s funny that their eggs are green – similar to this recipe)

Pizza night! I found a nearby pizza place that does gluten-free pizzas so we’re going to try them out since my daughter is allergic to wheat.
